What are credits and how do they work?
Credits are the currency for all processing tasks on LaserTools. Each operation costs a set number of credits. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets every billing cycle. You can also purchase additional credit packs at any time.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. There is no proration on plan switches — instead, any unused credits roll over to your new plan, so you never lose what you've already paid for.
What happens if I run out of credits?
If you exhaust your monthly credits, you can purchase additional credit packs without changing your plan. Unused credits from packs do not expire.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan gives you 150 credits every month at no cost, so you can try all features before committing. No credit card is required to get started.
Do unused monthly credits roll over?
Yes — any unused credits from your monthly allowance roll over into the next billing cycle, and credits purchased through credit packs never expire.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page. You will retain access to your plan features until the end of the current billing period.
